2 Egg yolks
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Rum
¼ cup Butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
6 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Almonds; toasted, slivered

Directions

Soak raisins in rum overnight. Blend butter and cream cheese, add egg yolks, powdered sugar, lemon, and vanilla. Fold in raisins, rum, and almonds. Chill overnight.
