Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 quarts Water
6 Celery stalks, cut into
2 inch pieces
2 mediums Onions, peeled and quartered
2 Garlic cloves
½ Lemon
Fresh shrimp heads, and/or
Shells, lobster heads, and
Or shells, fresh fish bones.
Use ingredients singly or in
Combination.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or stockpot and bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on strength of flavor desired. Strain before using.
