Patrick swayze's penne w/chicken and sun-drie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Shallots; peel, chop
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
8 ounces Chicken breast; cook, bone,
Julienne
4 ounces Sun-dried tomatoes, slice
½ cup Heavy cream
1 pounds Penne, cook
½ teaspoon Butter, or
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Parmesan, grate
1 teaspoon Fresh basil, julienne

Directions

Saute shallots in oil for 2 minutes or until soft. Add chicken and tomatoes and cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Add cream and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
