Peach dessert \"salsa\"

Ingredients

2 | eaches | Peaches; ripe |
⅓ | cup | Coconut; grated |
⅓ | cup | Golden raisins -OR- Dried cherries |
2 | tablespoons | Orange juice concentrate-OR- |
2 | tablespoons | Grand marnier liqueur |
1 | tablespoon | Mint, fresh; chopped |
Directions
"...perfect served over ice cream, sherbet, toasted pound cake or yougrt cheese."
Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Dice. Combine all ingredients.
