Peach pie with berry jam - bon appetit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Sliced peeled and pitted peaches (about 2 lb)
cup Boysenberry or raspberry jam
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
¼ tablespoon Cinnamon
1 9-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust, baked
1 tablespoon Butter
½ cup Granola

Directions

Preheat oven to 425'F. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl and mix to blend. Transfer to crust. Cut butter into small pieces and dot over surface of pie. Place pie on baking sheet and bake until filling bubbles, covering edges of crust with foil if browning too quickly, about 35 minutes.

Sprinkle granola over pie. Continue baking until granola is brown, about 8 minutes. Cool on rack. Serve warm.
