1 | large | Green pepper |
1 | large | Can diced tomatoes |
2 | mediums | Potatoes |

1 | Box (2pk) onion soup mix | |
3 | cups | Vegetable stock |
Directions
Clean veggies and cut into medium sized pieces. Add all ingredients to soup kettle and finish filling with water until it just covers the vegetables. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer and cook for 2½ - 3 hours.
