3 Chicken breasts [boneless
& skinless] [cut into strips
2 larges Red bell peppers [cut into

2 larges Yellow bell peppers [cut

1 medium Green bell pepper [cut into
Strips]
1 medium Onion [cut into chunks]
cup Mushrooms [fresh][sliced]
1 teaspoon Herb seasoning [salt free]
tablespoon Parmesan Cheese [grated]

1) Prepare the fettucini according to directions, then drain...
