Fettuccine with pepper sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Broccoli flowerets
1 medium Red pepper
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Oil
12 ounces Skinless, boneless chicken
Cut into strips
10¾ ounce Can cream of chicken soup
½ cup Water
1 teaspoon Basil
½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounces Spinach fettuccine, cooked
And drained

Directions

Stir fry broccoli, pepper and onion for 3 to 4 minutes; remove from skillet. Add oil to skillet. Add poultry; stir fry 3 to 4 minutes.

Add soup, water and basil to skillet. Mix thoroughly. Stir in sweet pepper mixture. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Add cheese, cook and stir until cheese is almost melted. Serve over cooked pasta. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-02-95
