Fettuccine with pepper sauce

Ingredients

1½ | cup | Broccoli flowerets |
1 | medium | Red pepper |
1 | medium | Onion, chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Oil |
12 | ounces | Skinless, boneless chicken |
Cut into strips | ||
10¾ | ounce | Can cream of chicken soup |
½ | cup | Water |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
½ | cup | Shredded Cheddar cheese |
8 | ounces | Spinach fettuccine, cooked |
And drained |
Directions
Stir fry broccoli, pepper and onion for 3 to 4 minutes; remove from skillet. Add oil to skillet. Add poultry; stir fry 3 to 4 minutes.
Add soup, water and basil to skillet. Mix thoroughly. Stir in sweet pepper mixture. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Add cheese, cook and stir until cheese is almost melted. Serve over cooked pasta. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-02-95
