Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Lean round steak
2 Green peppers; chopped
2 tablespoons Minced dried onion
1 cup Beef boullion
¼ cup Soy sauce
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Cut steak into serving size portions. Place half the steak in Crockpot.

Arrange green peppers on steak. Place remaining steak on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. cover and cook on Low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 5 hours.
