Perfect potato latkes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 larges Potatoes
1 medium Onion
2 Eggs
teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ cup Flour

Directions

Grate potatoes (preferably by hand). Remove excess liquid. Mix in other ingredients. Fry small spoonfuls until golden brown. Drain and serve hot.
