Perfect yorkshire puddings

Ingredients

1 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Beef drippings

Prep time: 5 minutes Chill time: at least one hour Cook time: 35 minutes

In food processor, combine flour, milk, eggs and salt; process until a smooth batter forms, scraping down sides of bowl once or twice.

Refrigerate batter, covered, at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.

Thoroughly grease a 12 cup muffin pan with some of the beef drippings; spoon a thin film of beef drippings into each cup. Place in a 400 F oven for 5 minutes or until fat is very hot. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375F. Bake 15 more mintues, or until puffed and golden. Serve at once.
