Pesach double chocolate muffins

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

½ | cup | Matzo cake meal |
6 | tablespoons | Potato starch |
¾ | cup | Sugar |
1 | pack | Vanilla sugar; or 1 tsp vanilla ext |
¼ | cup | Cocoa |
2 | teaspoons | Baking powder; Pesach type |
1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅔ | cup | Nonfat yogurt |
⅔ | cup | Skim milk |
1 | Egg; or 2 egg whites | |
¾ | cup | Chocolate chips |
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients.. Mix togetherjust until combined.
Add chocolate chips. Place in nonstick or oiled muffin tins Bake aout 15 minutes at 400F.
