Quantity Ingredient
1 Pheasant-whole
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Honey
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ cup Chicken broth
¼ teaspoon Fresh ginger
½ cup Scotch whisky

Directions

Blend all liquids for sauce and brush inside pheasant. Let stand for one hour. Arrange pheasant on spit, baste with sauce on outside of pheasant. Roast for about one and a half hours or until tender.
