Pistachio cake with frosting

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack White or yellow cake mix
1 pack Pistachio instant pudding
3 Eggs
1 cup Club soda
½ cup Oil
½ cup Chopped nuts
cup Cold milk
1 Envelope Dream Whip
1 pack Pistachio instant pudding

Directions

FROSTING

Blend all ingredients in large bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

Bake in greased, floured 10-inch Bundt pan at 350 for 50 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Split into 3 layers. Spread about 1 cup of frosting between layers. Spoon rest into center. Chill.

Garnish with chopped nuts.

FROSTING:

Blend milk, Dream Whip and pistachio pudding. Whip until thickend, about 5 minutes.
