Pistachio coffee cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 3-1/2 oz. pkg. pistachio pudding
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ pint Sour cream (low fat is ok)
4 Eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Grease and flour 10" tube pan. Mix ingredients. Fill tube pan with ½ cake batter, sprinkle ½ filling (recipe follows) on top of cake. Repeat with the rest of the batter and remainder of filling. Press nut filling into cake with the ball of the spoon. Bake 50 - 60 minutes. Cool ½ hour.

Filling: Mix together ½ cup chopped nuts, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 4 Tablespoons sugar.
