3 tablespoons Olive oil
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
2 cups Whole wheat flour
2 cups Bread flour
2 teaspoons Yeast
cup Mozzarella cheese; grated (optional)
cup Mushrooms; chopped (optional)
cup Pepperoni; diced (optional)
¼ cup Sun-dried tomatoes; (optional)

Directions

Add one or two of the optional ingredients after the first kneading period when the dough has formed a smooth ball.

Maked a 1½ pound loaf.
