Pizza tot casserole

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Ground beef |
1 | medium | Green pepper; chopped |
1 | medium | Onion; chopped |
11⅛ | ounce | Can condensed Italian tomato soup; undiluted |
4½ | ounce | Jar sliced mushrooms; drained |
2 | cups | (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese |
32 | ounces | Pkg frozen Tater Tots |
Directions
In a skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in, baking dish. Top with cheese and then the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings.
