Poinsetta salad^

4 Tomatoes
1 small Onion, minced
1 Stalk celery
¼ Green pepper
Mayonnaise

Directions

Scald peel and chill tomatoes. Cut into sections almost down to the base, forming a flower. Mix onion, celery and green pepper, put in center of tomatoes and cover mixture with mayonnaise.
