Pork fried rice

4 Pork chops or steaks
½ Med. onion, chopped
cup Water
4 tablespoons Soy sauce
½ Med. bell pepper, chopped
cup Long grain rice
4 tablespoons Oil

Directions

Brown pork in oil. Chop in bite size pieces. Add onion and bell pepper to oil. Stir, add rice and let fry until light golden brown.
