5 | Cloves garlic (minced) | |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped mint |
1 | teaspoon | Each pepper, salt |
3 | tablespoons | Fresh basil (chopped) |
5 | Bay leaves (crushed) |
Directions
Marinate in refrigerator for three days. Skewer and grill.
