Pork stuffed enchiladas

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Cubed, cooked pork
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shred
½ cup Chopped onion
1 can Tomato soup
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
10 ounces Can of enchilada sauce
12 Frozen corn tortillas, thaw

Directions

Combine meat, ½ cup cheese, and onion; set aside. In saucepan, combine soups and sauce; heat to boiling. Quickly dip tortillas in sauce. Divide meat mix among tortillas; roll up. Place in a 12 x 7½ x 2 inch baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-28-95
