Port wine marinated pork loin

1 cup Port wine
4 ounces Brown sugar
½ ounce Chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Leaf thyme
¼ cup Rice wine vinegar
2 cups Salad oil

Directions

MARINADE

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl except salad oil. Whisk thoroughly to combine. Whisk in salad oil to lightly emulsify and pour over pork. Move pork around so it comes in complete contact with marinade.
