Pot roast and kasha

12 | ounces | Kasha (buckweat groats) |
Directions
Place all ingredients except kasha in a large pot. Cook on low heat until tender, about 3 hours. Prepare kasha according to package instructions. To serve: pour meat, onions and gravy over kasha.
