Potato momos

Ingredients

½ | tablespoon | Minced ginger |
½ | tablespoon | Minced garlic |
¼ | cup | Onion, diced |
½ | teaspoon | Garam masala |
½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
2 | cups | Mashed potatoes |
½ | cup | Fresh spinach, parboiled & chopped |
¼ | cup | Cilantro, chopped |
¼ | cup | Green onions, sliced |

Directions
Melt ghee in a small skillet. Add ginger, garlic & onion. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add garam masala, chili powder, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Remove from heat & add mashed potatoes. Add spinach when cool, green onion & cilantro. Mix well.
Put 1 tb of filling into each wrapper, seal the edges closed with a little water. Steam over steaming rack & serve hot with sauce.
