Powered sugar replacement recipe

2 cups Nonfat dry milk powder replacement
1 cup Granulated sugar
2 cups Corn starch

Directions

Diabetic icing #1 for icing the cake . 1 envelope d-zerta whipped topping mix, ½ cup cold water, ½ tsp vanilla extract, 4 tsp meringue powder.

Combine in a deep bowl and whip with electric mixer for 4 mins or until fluffy. Makes 2 cups diabetic icing. #2 for decorating same as above, but use 8 tsp meringue powder instead of 4 Sarah Fling Posted to recipelu-digest by "bunny" <layla696@...> on Feb 26, 1998
