Adolph's Sugar Substitute-¼ tsp for 1 tablespoon of sugar. Liquid Sweet 10- 1 tablepsoon for ¾ cup sugar, 4 tsp for 1 cup sugar. Weight Watchers- ⅛ tsp for 1 tsp sugar,1 tablespoon for ½ cup sugar.
