Ingredients

100 grams Sugar
125 grams Ground almonds
100 grams Soft butter
1 Egg yolk
1 Rolled out sheet of puff pastry; (15x15cm)
Egg wash
3 Agen prunes
Armagnac

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Combine the first three ingredients. Place pastry on a baking sheet and brush edges with egg wash. Place some of the almond mix on pastry and then halve the prunes and place them on top.

Dust with caster sugar and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle on a little Armagnac.
