Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Meringue powder
2 pounds Confectioners' sugar
cup Vegetable shortening 6 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Clear flavoring (a tinted flavoring will change color or the icing)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix at slow speed until smooth. Add a few drops of water, if needed.
