Quick & easy jerk sauce

¼ | cup | Unsweetened lime juice |
2 | tablespoons | Dark molasses |
2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Freshly chopped ginger root |
2 | larges | Garlic cloves peeled and crushed |
2 | Jalapenos stemmed and seeded | |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
¼ | teaspoon | Allspice |
¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
⅛ | teaspoon | Dried tarragon |
Directions
Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender. Serve over beef, chicken, pork, or lamb.
Rampke also suggested trying it on hamburgers, with brown mustard and cheddar cheese.
