Quick curry gravy

| 4 | teaspoons | Ground coriander |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ground cumin |
| 2 | teaspoons | Turmeric |
| 6 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| Milk | ||
| 1 | can | (14 oz) tomatoes; strained |
| 4 | teaspoons | Paprika |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garam masala |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Pre-cooked meat, etc | ||

OTHER INGREDIENTS
1. Heat oil on low heat.
2. Mix spices with a little milk, into a paste.
3. Add this paste to the oil and fry gently for a few minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove from heat and cool a bit.
4. Liquidize the tomatoes in a blender. Stir this blend into the fried paste. Return to heat. Add sugar and enough milk for required consistency. Stir continuously. 5. If the sauce is a little too thick, add a little more milk.
6. Add pre-cooked meats, chicken, vegetables or frozen seafood and simmer until you are ready. Always add more milk if it gets too thick.
