1 tablespoon Butter
4 tablespoons Curry powder
14½ ounce Chicken broth
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Sliced carrot
1 Sm tomato, seeded, chopped
1 Sm Apple, peeled, chopped
cup Celery
2 tablespoons Coconut
4 teaspoons Chutney
1 Clove garlic
1 Bay leaf
¼ teaspoon Seasoned slat
Pinch dried thyme

Directions

Cook butter and curry powder 1 to 2 min. Add chicken broth, onion, carrot, tomato, apple, celert, coconut, chutney, garlic, bay leaf, salt and thyme. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr.

Remove bay leaf. Processs or blend the mixture till smooth. Makes about 1⅔ cups
