Quick fry chicken sandwich

2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
¼ teaspoon EACH dill weed & salt
Dash of pepper & garlic pwdr
4 Chicken breasts*
cup Sour cream OR mayonnaise
3 ounces Cream cheese
½ teaspoon Dill weed
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
4 Sandwich rolls
4 Lettuce leaves
8 Slices tomato

Directions

This is a speed-scratch recipe *Use boneless, skinless chicken breast helves, pounded thin.

Melt butter in a skillet; stir in the ¼ tsp dill and salt along with the pepper and garlic; add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.

Meanwhile combine sourcream, cheese, ½ ts dill and juice. Spread cheese mixture over bottom half of rolls; top with lettuce, tomato and cooked chicken. Top with remaining half of roll.
