Quick lime mayonnaise

Ingredients

2 Egg yolks
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Hot English mustard
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 cup Oil (vegetable and sunflower or all sunflower)

Directions

Place first five ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process at low speed to blend. Remove cover. With the motor running, add oil in a thin stream and blend until thick and smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator. Serve with fish or salads. Yield: 1½ cups Source: Good Friends Cookbook
