Ragu casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Thin noodles
pounds Lean ground beef
¼ cup Chopped onion
Green pepper to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
16 ounces Ragu sauce
Inch chunk Velveeta cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown beef, onion, green pepper, add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning, Ragu and Velveeta. Simmer until cheese is melted. Cook noodles. Layer noodles and meat sauce in greased 2 quart casserole dish then top with cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-26-95
