Directions

1. COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE, NONFAT, DRY MILK, WATER, AND WASHED DRAINED RAISINS.

2. USE AS A TOPPING FOR CINNAMON RAISINS ROLLS (RECIPE NO. D-G-7-3).
