3 | tablespoons | Finely chopped walnuts or pine nuts |
3 | cloves | Garlic; finely chopped |
1½ | cup | Basil leaves |
½ | teaspoon | Salt and pepper |
½ | cup | Romano; grated |
2 | Tomatoes; diced |
Directions
In blender, combine basil, salt, pepper, garlic, walnuts, cheese and olive oil at high speed until smooth and thin enough to run easily off spatula. Pour mixture over hot cooked ravioli, add tomatoes and serve. Source: Rosetto Pkg
