½ pack Cheese ravioli
1 cup Olive oil
3 tablespoons Finely chopped walnuts or pine nuts
3 cloves Garlic; finely chopped
cup Basil leaves
½ teaspoon Salt and pepper
½ cup Romano; grated
2 Tomatoes; diced

Directions

In blender, combine basil, salt, pepper, garlic, walnuts, cheese and olive oil at high speed until smooth and thin enough to run easily off spatula. Pour mixture over hot cooked ravioli, add tomatoes and serve. Source: Rosetto Pkg
