Ravioli with vegetable medley

Ingredients

500 grams Ravioli; your choice
30 grams Butter
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
125 grams Button mushrooms; halved
125 grams Green beans; cut into 1cm
Lengths
125 grams Cherry tomatoes; quartered
Freshly ground black pepper; to taste
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Cook ravioli in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm.

2. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Cook garlic and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes, season to taste with black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes longer.

3. Add ravioli and parmesan cheese to pan and toss to combine. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
