SAUCE

Ravioli:

Mix together the ingredients for the filling and place dollops on to a sheet of pasta. Cover with another layer of pasta, cut out the separate parcels and drop into boiling water.

Sauce:

Place the canned fruit into a pan with sugar and add cream, the melted white and dark chocolate and mix thoroughly.

To serve:

Spoon a layer of the sauce on to the plate and place the ravioli on top.

Top with cream and sugar.
