Raw vegetable salad and dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Bean Sprouts; drained
1 Head Boston Lettuce
½ cup Raw Mushrooms; sliced
½ cup Raw Cauliflower Buds
½ cup Frozen Green Beans; cooked and drained
½ cup Water Chestnuts; sliced
½ cup Radishes; sliced -Dressing---
½ cup Wine Vinegar
4 tablespoons Cooking Oil
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon \"Fines Herbes\"
1 Clove Garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Cracked Pepper

Directions

FOR THE SALAD:

Mix all ingredients and serve with the dressing given.

FOR THE DRESSING:

Shake all ingredients in a covered jar and toss with salad.
