Red snapper with shrimp stuffing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Red snapper, cleaned and boned Salt to taste
¼ cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Butter
3 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
½ cup Chopped cooked shrimp
1 Egg Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Rub fish inside and out with salt. Sauce onion and celery in butter until soft. Add bacon, bread crumbs, shrimp, egg, slat and pepper; mix well. Stuff fish; close with toothpicks.
