Rice krispies crispy fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Chocolate Chips - Bakers Semi-Sweet; 500g
½ cup Margarine
½ cup Corn Syrup; 125g
2 teaspoons Vanilla; 10ml
1 cup Sugar, Confectioner's; 250g
4 cups Crispy Rice Cereal; 1000ml

Directions

Melt together choc. chips, butter and corn syrup over low heat. Remove from heat add vanilla. Stir in icing sugar until smooth. Add cereal and mix thoroughly. Spread into lightly greased 9x13 pan chill until set. Cut into squares.
