2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
60 | Ritz crackers (crushed) | |
1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
16 | ounces | Crushed pineapple |
16 | ounces | Fruit cocktail |
2 | packs | Whipped topping mix |
Directions
Grease 13x10x2 inch pan. Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually adding sugar. Continue beating until mixture stands in peaks. Add crused crackers, folding in lightly. Also fold in nuts and vanilla.
Spread over bottom and up sides of dish. Place in a 275 degree oven; bake until firm to touch but not brown (about 40 minutes). Let cool.
