Ingredients

6 Egg whites
2 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
60 Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 cup Chopped pecans
16 ounces Crushed pineapple
16 ounces Fruit cocktail
2 packs Whipped topping mix

Directions

Grease 13x10x2 inch pan. Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually adding sugar. Continue beating until mixture stands in peaks. Add crused crackers, folding in lightly. Also fold in nuts and vanilla.

Spread over bottom and up sides of dish. Place in a 275 degree oven; bake until firm to touch but not brown (about 40 minutes). Let cool.

Beat whipped topping according to directions on package and fold in well drained fruit. Spread cream mixture into crust. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-11-95
