Roast pork with caraway seeds

4 | pounds | Pork Loin Or Shoulder Roast |
Salt, to taste | ||
1 | tablespoon | Caraway Seeds |
½ | cup | Water |
1 | medium | Onion, quartered |
Directions
* Heat oven to 350 F.
1. Cut thin slices of garlic and insert them into little cuts in the meat. Salt it lightly, press on the caraway seeds and place the roast, fat side up, in a roasting pan with the water and onion.
2. Roast for 1¾ to 2 hors, or until meat reaches 160 F on instant-reading thermometer. Let rest 15 to 20 mns for easy carving.
