Rosemary focaccia

1½ | tablespoon | Oil |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh rosemary; chop, or 1 teaspoon dried, crumble |
¼ | teaspoon | Cracked black pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Coarse salt |
½ | cup | Roasted red peppers; dice |
Directions

Combine oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roll dough into 10" circle; place on grill. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. Turn crust; brush with oil mixture and sprinkle with ⅓ c red peppers.
