Rosemary lemon chicken

4 larges Chicken Breasts
½ cup Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Grated Lemon Peel
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary,, Chopped

Directions

Marinate the chicken in the rest of the ingredients for 30 minutes to several hours. Cover and bake at 375øF for 30 minutes, remove cover and bake for another 20 minutes. This recipe is for chicken breasts that still have the bone in. If you use chicken breast fillets reduce the baking time to 15 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
