Rosemary roasted potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Potatoes; peeled and diced into 1\" chunks
3 tablespoons Olive oil;
1 teaspoon Paprika;
2 teaspoons Crushed rosemary;
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic and half the rosemary. Place potatoes on a heavy baking tray, sprinkle with remaining rosemary and ½ t salt. Roast at 400 deg F for 1½ hours, turning often.

Serve as garnish for roasts.
