Rosie's pizza sauce

Quantity Ingredient
1 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 cup Tomato puree
teaspoon Red pepper flakes, crushed
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
2 teaspoons Dried basil
2 teaspoons Dried thyme

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Makes ½ cup sauce.

Fat per tablespoon = ⅒ gram Calories per tablespoon = 18 This spicy concoction packs a kick, courtesy of its generous mixture of dried herbs and red pepper flakes. A far cry from your typically bland pizza sauce, it's virtually fat free and can be made in minutes.
