Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 smalls Ice cubes
2 Apricots; pitted & sliced
½ Papaya; frozen in chunks
½ Mango; frozen in chunks
½ cup Carrot juice
1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

A muscle-rejuvenating, beta-carrotene-filled orange-colored wonder.

Add all the ingredients (except for the honey) to a blender in the order listed, then blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Add the honey and blend a few seconds more.

Serve in a frosted glass.

Options: Add orange juice for a thinner consistency.
