2 | ounces | Cashew nuts |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice and orange-flower water; (mixed) |
4 | ounces | Ground almonds |
Sesame seeds | ||
Rice paper |
Directions
Blend first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Add ground almonds.
When the mixture becomes a thick paste, spread on to the rice paper in a shallow tin. Sprinkle sesame seeds, pressing down firmly and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
