4 ounces Seedless raisins
4 ounces Stoned; dried dates
4 ounces Dried apricots
2 ounces Cashew nuts
2 tablespoons Lemon juice and orange-flower water; (mixed)
4 ounces Ground almonds
Sesame seeds
Rice paper

Directions

Blend first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Add ground almonds.

When the mixture becomes a thick paste, spread on to the rice paper in a shallow tin. Sprinkle sesame seeds, pressing down firmly and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
