cup Sour cream
1 cup Grated cheddar
2 cups Shredded cabbage
1 each Chopped carrot
2 cups Cottage cheese
1 each Red onion, thinly sliced
2 eaches Chopped scallions
1 each Chopped green pepper
½ pounds Sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon Carraway seeds

SAUTE IN BUTTER

Boil in water until just underdone: 2 cups whole wheat macaroni,drain Combine everything. Add 2 Tbsp. tamari sauce and lots of pepper.

Bake in a buttered casserole, covered, at 350 degrees, for 40 minutes.
